Tabbing and Stamping
Our tabbers can place multiple tabs on a piece inline with the inkjetters. They also can apply pre-cancelled stamps and invitation-style tabs. We have two kinds.
- Profold in-line tabbers / stampers (2)
- Secap tabber / stampers
Inserting
- Phillipsburg 6 station JUMBO - Can insert into envelopes up to 9 X 12. With the accumulator we can pull up to 25 pre-collated or identical forms using a 7th station.
- Phillipsburg 6 station (4) - With metering and stamping capabilities. Cooking all at once, we can move large projects through the facility quickly.
-
Streamfeeders - These allow open-ended inserting. We have 11 of these.
- Accumulator - Our accumulator can pull up to 30 sheets (pre-collated) and put them into the inserter track. Then the inserter can collate an additional 6 inserts on-top of those. An example application is where a client wanted 10 forms, along with a matched cover letter. The accumulator pulls the 10 forms, and the inserter does the rest!
Multiple Piece and Large Envelope Inserting
- Our custom-built 9x12 envelope inserter (it also inserts paper into #10 and 6x9 envelopes) lets us insert more than six pieces into an envelope.
Folding
- We have two folders, and can do right-angle and gatefold folding, as well as slitting.
Handwork
- Some really creative, three-dimensional or low-volume pieces just can't be assembled by machine.
Sometimes it makes more economic sense to process them without incurring the cost of setting up a machine. Sometimes they're just unique, and don't fit in a machine.
So we do it by hand. This is where our highly skilled, efficient and highly accurate human beings come into play.
We do handwork projects ranging from 50 to 250,000 pieces.
